About Me

I’m an AI researcher working at Baidu, Beijing.

I’m currently leading the Cognitive Computing Lab of Baidu Research, where we are working on several challenging problems, including cognitive natural language processing and world understanding. (See Projects for more details.)

Before joining Baidu Research, I worked at Baidu Web Search and built the entire machine-learning pipeline of the Baidu Search Recommendation System.

Before joining Baidu, I worked at Tencent for a short period, and before that, I worked at Nanjing University of Science of Technology as a lecturer (assistant professor) for four years.

I received my Ph.D. from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2007 and my B.S. degree from Xinjiang University in 2002.
